Senior Executive (Tender Department)

Job Context:

Responsibilities:

1. To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tender/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
2. To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tender/bidding activities and contract review;
3. To assist the commercial department in cultivation good relationship with existing and potential associates/customers;
4. To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission;
5. To collect tender information and references from various sources which are needed for submission;
6. To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;
7. Practical experience in a similar position advantageous.
8. Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
9. Well-developed negotiation skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Graduate/Post Graduate from UGC approved University in any Discipline with obtained CGPA Adobe 2.5
2. Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience minimum 3 years.
3. Strong time-management and organizational skills.
