Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing and posting Accounting Voucher
  • Recoding Cash & Ledger Book, Bank Book etc.
  • Recoding Purchase & Sales Ledger etc.
  • Well versed with Negotiation, Costing, Import Laws and Dealing with customs authority.
  • Follow-up the receiving notifications from Banks about the document received against shipment;
  • Confirm the payment and get the document released from the Bank for clearing goods.
  • Ensure preparing all export (Local L/C) & import documents (Foreign L/C) on time.
  • Ensure preparing and renewal all kinds of Company Certificates from government authorities.
  • Follow up with Bank for LC Open, Payment and Documents Collection etc.
  • Communicate with the C & F Agent goods Delivery on time and received Bill & Documents
  • Communicate with the Insurance Company
  • Follow up with Foreign Supplier & Shipment Schedule
  • Follow up work with Inventory Department.
  • Performing necessary and import tasks as instructed by Management.
  • Follow-up Local and Foreign procurement.
  • Handle Shipping line and transport-related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import & export procedures;
  • Present shipping documents to respective custom stations on time;
  • Custom handling, Export clearance & documentation;
  • Collect quotations against specific freight forwarders and prepare a comparative statement for specific exportable items.
  • Liaison with Bank, EPB, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and other organizations related to export and import documentation.
  • Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs rules & regulations etc.
  • Preparing L/C Closing statement & report to management.
  • Ensure managing yearly Customs Audit claims independently.
  • Have to make all kinds of commercial documents for shipment
  • Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export/Import as well as payment follow-up.
  • Manage & Submit Monthly VAT return in regarding VAT office
  • Any other task assigned by the superior.

Educational Requirements

  • Honor’s/ BBA/ MBA in accounting discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • 4 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Commercial, Commercial/ Export-Import

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 32 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • He should have adequate knowledge regarding the various formalities of import & export documents in Chemical industries.
  • Having banking knowledge is a must.
  • Applicants previously having working experience in the relevant field.
  • Able to handle multitasking activities
  • Should be energetic, proactive, dynamic and hard working.
  • Should have sound knowledge in computer & software.
  • Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
