Candidates age limit should be between 18-30 years as on 01/02/2023 AD. However, the age limit is relaxable upto 32 (thirty two) years in case of son/daughter/grandchild of freedom fighter and disabled candidate. No affidavit is admissible in respect of age. However, as per Memorandum No. 05.00.000 190.11 01720-149 dated 22/09/2022 of the Ministry of Public Administration, Rule-1 Branch on 25/03/2020 all the candidates whose age was within the maximum age limit can also apply.
The following documents should be attached with the application form: 03 (three) copies of passport size color photographs recently taken by a gazetted officer of first class at the designated place of application form. (b) The original copy of the treasury challan (pay-order, bank draft and postal order are not acceptable) should be submitted to Sonali Bank code no. (c) One return envelope (5″×6″ size) affixed with postage stamp of Rs.10/- (Ten) with own name and address along with application for issue of admit card.

(d) The name of the post, special quota (if any) and full name and address of the applicant should be mentioned on the left side of the envelope in bold letters. (e) Photocopy of educational qualification certificate attested by a gazetted officer of 1st class. (f) Photocopy of experience certificate (if any) attested by 1st Class Gazetted Officer.
(g) 01 (one) copy of Original Admit Card, 01 (one) copy of Duplicate Admit Card (Computer Compiled) filled by the candidate as per specimen. To be submitted with the application. A limited number of candidates in order of merit from among the candidates who qualify the written test will be taken to the practical test and practical test will be conducted. Candidates who pass the test will be admitted to the oral test only.
At the time of practical and oral examination original copies of following documents must be produced: Citizenship issued by City Corporation Mayor/Ward Councilor/Municipal Mayor/Councillor/Chairman of Union Parishad certificate (b) All original/temporary certificates as proof of educational qualification.(c) Character Certificate by First Class Gazetted Officer.(d) National Identity Card or issued by Ward Councilor/Municipal Mayor/Councillor/Union Parishad Chairman of City CorporationBirth certificate.

(e) Original certificate signed by Hon’ble Minister/Advisor of Ministry of Liberation War Affairs and countersigned by Hon’ble Prime Minister/Chief Adviser, Advisor to Bangladesh Freedom Fighters Parliament or signed by Secretary of Ministry of Liberation War Affairs and Hon’ble Minister/Advisor to the job applicant as son/daughter/grandchild of a freedom fighter/freedom fighter. Provisional certificate countersigned by shall be produced at the time of oral examination.
No certificate other than the mentioned certificate will be accepted as freedom fighter certificate. Note that if the applicant is the grandson/granddaughter of a freedom fighter/freedom fighter, the certificate/certificate must be shown by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/City Corporation’s Ward Councilor and Municipal Mayor/Councillor to the effect that the applicant is a freedom fighter/martyred freedom fighter’s grandson/granddaughter.
